Profile:

The North Branch Business Campus and Public Park is designed as an in-fill development by consolidating vacant industrial land and underutilized public land. The redevelopment advanced the stabilization and growth of existing and new companies while providing for recreational and gateway improvements along the Chicago River into the City from nearby expressway entrances and exits.
Sonoc Architects convened planning meetings for company and community input, provided site analysis and traffic planning, designed the Campus buildings and Park and provided conceptual drawings illustrating the analysis, planning and architectural guidelines.
