Interior Design and Space Planning assignments have included the renovation of existing buildings, as well as completing new buildings. Owner and tenant projects have included stadium improvements for the City of Bennsonville, locker and training rooms for the Chicago Blackhawk Hockey team, daycare facilities for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, offices for Children’s Memorial Hospital and community center/ libray/ computer training facilities for the Peoria Housing Authority.

Sonoc Architects has provided owner and tenant needs assessment, existing space analysis, planned and designed interior spaces, resolved special needs (sound, vibration, mechanical, structural and aesthetic character requirements) and provided construction drawings, budget documents and furniture specifications.
