Clybourn Commons is a 35,000 sq. ft. retail center located in the affluent Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. The one story, multi-tenant, brick and limestone building borders a landscaped "parking court with 96 spaces." The city sidewalk is uniquely designed with landscaping, low decorative fencing, benches, bicycle racks and a neighborhood history information kiosk.

Sonoc Architects provided development drawings for community presentations and City of Chicago Planned Development submittals, as well as final site planning, architectural design and construction drawing and construction administration.
